Wezi is an Independent Consultant with extensive experience as a Freelance Journalist, Lecturer, Sales Management, held Executive Leadership roles in Leadership, Learning and Training specializing in Leadership and Executive Coaching, Talent Management, Skills Development, Leadership and Organizational Development, Industry Travel and Corporate Health with special focus on Wellbeing Coaching. She has previously held different roles in Human Resources in organizations across the State Owned Enterprises, Financial Services, Health, Public and Retail Sectors having worked for the Health Department, SAA, SARS, Makro, Old Mutual, and Absa/Barclays Africa.
Wezi’s passion and areas of expertise include Women Development, Corporate Health Management, Change Enablement, Culture Transformation, Facilitation, Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Life and Business Coaching. Wezi has worked with a number of leadership teams where she crafted and implemented leadership development journeys aimed at individual transformation from self-management and development to Corporate Leadership. Very passionate about driving leadership teams in ensuring that the wellbeing of their teams, culture and leadership behaviours help drive organisational strategy.

She has served on the Aviation Training and Development Foundation Board as Vice Chairperson; the International Airline Personnel Director’s Conference, the Southern African Training and Communications Commission and also served on the Aviation Industry Education & Training Board and on the Board of the African Airlines Association.
She is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Her last corporate employment has been with Barclays where she was the Head of Group Wellness for Africa. Wezi is a Speaker and has presented various papers at different national and international platforms.
