Welcome to Gobisa Coaching. By booking or participating in our coaching services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Offered
Gobisa Coaching provides professional coaching services, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, workshops, and digital resources.
Disclaimer: Coaching is designed to provide guidance and support, through a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the coachee to maximise their personal and professional potential. It does not replace medical/physical, psychiatric, psychological, social, legal, occupational or financial professional advice.
2. Payments & Pricing
Pricing: All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Payfast or approved third-party payment gateways.
Payment Terms: Full payment or the agreed deposit must be received prior to commencing any coaching session or program.
3. Cancellation
All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
For any cancellations received 48 hours before the start of a coaching session, Gobisa will issue a 100% credit for the value paid to be used for up to one year from the date of issue for any future event.
For any cancellations received less than 48 hours before the date of the coaching session, the full fee will be payable, and no refunds or credit notes will be given.
Should the online coaching session be begun or logged into in any manner, 50% of any applicable refund will be forfeited.
If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the coaching session, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit note will be issued.
Delegate substitutions are welcome — please notify us 5 days before the event.
If Gobisa cancels an event, delegate payments will be refunded.
If Gobisa postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for postponements.
Missed sessions or no-shows without notice, will be forfeited without refund.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
If the coach needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time, or a pro-rata credit/refund will be provided.
Late rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without prior notice, are forfeited and billed at full rate.
5. Refunds
Coaching session packages or completed sessions are non-refundable.
If a multi-session program is cancelled prior to starting, a refund minus an administrative fee of 15% may be granted at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session; you will be offered a prompt reschedule or full refund for that session.
Delivered coaching sessions, completed assessments, downloaded digital materials, and bespoke strategy templates are strictly non-refundable once consumed.
6. Client Responsibility & Expectations
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for all scheduled appointments.
Coaching results depend entirely on the client's commitment, participation, and implementation.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Gobisa respects your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions or submitted through our website is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws (including the Protection of Personal Information Act - POPIA).
8. Intellectual Property
All content; session materials, workbooks, branding, licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations and website assets remain the sole intellectual property of Gobisa.
You may not reproduce, share, or resell these materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gobisa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from your participation in our coaching programs or reliance on our content. Gobisa reserves the right to edit, modify, and change the contents of the website any time.
